You've probably heard of Probiotics, they are healthy bacteria you find in yoghurts and similar foods. They add healthy bacteria to your intestinal tract and support your digestive system.
Prebiotics are non-digestible carbohydrates that go through your digestive system and help the good Probiotic organisms grow and flourish in your gut. They can be found in foods such as bananas, berries, whole grains, flaxseed, onions, tomatoes, green vegetables, chickpeas, lentils and beans.

What have Prebiotics got to do with skincare?
Scientists have found that Prebiotics help support and replace the good bacteria on your skin.
When you are stressed, suffer from hormone imbalances or don’t rinse your skin properly your pores become blocked and your skin’s natural oils (sebum) build up under the surface of the skin.
