1. Flush toxins and prevent spots with lemon water!
At night toxins rise to the surface – flush them out with a glass of pure lemon water: one part freshly squeezed lemon juice to nine parts warm water. Drink 15-20 minutes before breakfast to speed up metabolism, aid digestion and prevent spots. Lemons are a rich source of vitamin C and stimulate liver and kidney function to help flush toxins from the system and keep colds away.
2. Don’t pop your pimples!
It can be very tempting to squeeze pesky pimples but squeezing them can push the bacteria deep into the skin, causing even more inflammation and swelling!
